What is included in the Rental Price?

• Use of the cottage, gardens, garage and second off street parking space
• Free Wifi & the use of a coin operated telephone
• Oil fired central heating, hot water & electricity
• Cleaning costs

Bed Linen, Sheets & Towels

• A full laundry service can be provided for £30.00 for two guests.
• This includes ready made beds with clean towels provided for each guest.
• Bed linen, sheets & towels for extra persons cost £9.00 each.
• Guests may also bring their own bed linen & towels if they wish

Reservations

• For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival full payment is due on booking.
• A 20% deposit is required for reservations made 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
• The balance of the total holiday cost is payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
• If not paid by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
• If we have to cancel your booking the deposit will be forfeit.

Booking

• The booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit/ full payment via bank transfer.
• We will then confirm your  booking in writing by email.

Payment

• Payment is required from UK visitors by bank transfer in GBP Sterling.
• Payment is required from overseas visitors by bank transfer in GBP Sterling only.
• All bookings are subject to our Booking Conditions
